Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold an electronic Planning Commission meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St George, Utah, on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, commencing at 5:00 p.m.

1. ZONE CHANGE (ZC) (Public Hearing)
Consider a request zone change from A-20 (Agriculture - 20-acre minimum lot size) to A-1 (Agriculture - one acre minimum lot size) and R-1-8 (Residential - 8,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) on approximately 35.29 acres for a residential development to be called 'Webb Acres.' The site is generally located at 2800 South 3330 East on approximately 35.29 acres. The representative is Logan Blake. Case No. 2020-ZC-017 (Staff - Dan Boles)
2. ZONE CHANGE AMENDMENT (ZCA) (Public Hearing)
Consider a request for a zone change amendment to allow development of a sixty-eight (68) lot residential subdivision to be called 'Desert Playa.' The property is on 11.15 acres and is generally located 1800 LF south of Southern Parkway Ft Pierce Crossing (Assessor Parcel No. SG-6745-G-141). Consider a request to amend portions of 'Title 10 Zoning Regulations' Case No. 2020-ZRA-002 (Staff - Dan Boles)
4. PRELIMINARY PLAT (PP)
Consider a preliminary plat for an eighty-five (85) lot residential subdivision for 'Arbors Phases 11 thru 15' The site is located at approximately 3000 east and Seegmiller Drive. The property is on 34.26 acres and is zoned R-1-12 (Single family Residential 12,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size). The applicant is Ryan Thomas, Development Solutions. Case No. 2020-PP-018.
