PRELIMINARY PLATS (PP) A. Consider a preliminary plat for an eighteen (18) lot residential subdivision for 'Desert Reserve Phase 1.' Consider a preliminary plat for a one (1) lot commercial subdivision for 'Auburn Hills' The site is located at approximately Fire Sky Drive and Carnelian Parkway. The property is on 3.77 acres and is zoned PD-C (Planned Development Commercial). The applicant is Bob Hermandson, Bush & Gudgell. Case No. 2020-PP-017. (Staff - Wes Jenkins) 3.
