TOQUERVILLE CITY CITY COUNCIL April 16, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. Pursuant to the Executive Order issued by Governor Gary Herbert on March 18, 2020 regarding Electronic Public Meetings, please be advised that this Toquerville City Council meeting will be held electronically. The meeting will be broadcast via Zoom. Persons may send comments prior to the meeting to recorder@toquerville.org or they may be allowed to comment during the meeting via Zoom. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD DURING THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS ONLINE MEETING APRIL 16, 2020, CONVENING AT 6:00 P.M.: 1. Public input is sought on Ordinance 2020.XX An ordinance vacating and changing the alignment of portions of Shangri-La Drive and authorizing the reversion of vacated portions of said street to adjacent property owners. 2. Public input is sought on Resolution 2020.XX A resolution amending FY 19-20 budget, fiscal year July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. A copy of the ordinance or resolution may be requested by emailing recorder@toquerville.org or by visiting the State website http://pmn.utah.gov. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Ruth Evans at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in five places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.) City Office Board: (2.) Toquerville Post Office Kiosk; (3.) Cholla Park Kiosk; (4.) Westfield Road Kiosk. Posted this 1st day of April, 2020, by Toquerville City Recorder, Ruth Evans.
