Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. Some Commissioners may participate by electronic or telephonic device. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs). 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of January 22, 2020 5. Public Forum 6. Review Items 6.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Rob McNeel to amend the overlay approval for the RMO-1 Planned Residential Community overlay on Utah County Parcels 43:025:0005, 49:310:0001, 49:310:0002, and 49:310:0003 located north of 1130 South between 1100 West and Turf Farm Road (1270 West). The current approvals allow for a mixture of single-family dwellings and two-family dwellings. The new approval would increase the number of two-family dwellings and reduce the number of single family homes. 6.2 PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Jeff Anderson for preliminary plat approval for a development East of Arrowhead Trail Road on Utah County Parcel 30:009:0071. The applicant is seeking to build in phases, with the current proposed phases including a mix of 193 single family and two-family dwellings. The entire project, including all phases, will be a mix of single family, twin home, and multifamily residences over approximately 69 acres. 6.3 ACTION ITEM - Request by Garrett Seely for preliminary approval of the Pine Ridge Apartments, a 100 unit apartment complex located at 614 N 400 W in the RMF-20, Multi-Family Residential Zone. 6.4 PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Payson City to amend Payson City Code Title 19 (Zoning), Title 20 (Subdivision), and the Payson City Design Standards. 7. Commission and Staff Reports and Training 8. Adjournment
