Rockville Planning Commission Regular Meeting March 10, 2020 Rockville Town Hall The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 10th day of March 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. Immediately following this meeting, the Planning Commission will be holding a work meeting. If you are recognized by the Chairperson to be heard during any Town of Rockville public meeting, we ask that you come to the podium to speak to enable an accurate recording of your remarks. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to order - roll call. 2. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item. 3. Public Comment If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. 4. Discussion and action on an Application for a Temporary Use/Special Event Permit for Vacation Races 'Zion 100 Trail Run' to be held April 18 & 19, 2019 - Lyle Anderson 5. Presentation of a Conceptual Plan for Commission comments on the building of a home on the property located at 160 West Pebble Lane in Rockville - Kristian Evenson 6. Approval of the minutes for the February 11, 2020 Regular Meeting. 7. Approval of the minutes for the February 11, 2020 Work Meeting. Information/Discussion/Non-action Items 1. Town Office Report a. Approval of a Simple Building Permit for Tristan DeMille to construct a pole barn. b. Approval of a Simple Building Permit for Zion Red Rock Villa LLC to construct a deck with a spiral staircase. c. Approval of a Simple Temporary Use/Special Event Permit for Jonathan J. George for the 'Roger Fuller Memorial' on April 9 - 13, 2020 to be held at Flyin Zion. 2. Planning Commission Administrative Business a. Next Planning Commission meeting will be April 14, 2020. This meeting will include a public hearing for the presentation by Rural Community Consultants of the updated Rockville Land Use Code. 3. Adjourn Vicki S. Bell Town Clerk
