Description/Agenda: Notice of Invitation for Bids The Twin Creeks Special Service District (TCSSD) is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) from firms interested in constructing approx. 2,800' of 12''to 18' Sanitary Sewer PVC pipeline. The project is identified as TCSSD 1200 S. Sewer Line. To obtain a copy of the IFB, contact the Consulting Engineer's Project Manager for this project, Tavis Timothy, at tavis@b-t-eng.com. A copy of the IFB will also be available at JSSD offices at 5388 N. Old Hwy 40, Heber City, UT, 84032. The IFB will be available on February 18, 2020. Bids will be due March 3, 2020, at 3:00 p.m.
