- The Boulder Town Council will hold a public hearing before their regular meeting on Thursday, February 6, 2020, in the Community Center. The Council will be opening the 2019-20 budget for the purpose of making changes and would like to have input from the public. The hearing will begin at 6:45 and end at 7:00. If you are not ablel to attend, written comments can be sent by email to boulderutah@scinternet.net.
