PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the County Council of Wasatch County will hold a REGULAR session in the Council Chambers in the County Administration Building, 25 North Main, Heber City, Utah, commencing at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, January 22, 2020. Approval of January 8, 2020 Minutes Council 1. Discussion regarding participating in the funding for a countywide trail planner. The position would be through MAG (Mountainland Association of Governments) with participation in funding by Midway, Heber, MAG and the Wasatch County Health Department. -Doug Smith 2. Discussion/Approval of Assessor's additional Staff. 1 Appraisal Technician and 1 Certified Residential Appraiser- Todd Griffin Council/Board Reports Manager's Report 1. Consideration for approval two replacement positions on the Affordable Housing Board 2. Consideration of approval of Annexation Agreement with Midway City for portion of Wasatch Mountain State Park Discussion and possible approval of MOU with MIDA for County Services and adjustments to Tax Increment distribution Closed Session - As Needed 1. Purchase, Exchange or Lease of Property 2. Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation 3. The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual Public Hearings 6:00 1. Josh Spears, Shane Clegg and John Barnes request a plat vacate for lots 1A, 1B and 2A from the Parker Subdivision with the intention to further subdivide the lots into phases 3-5 of the Ucanogos View Subdivision located at the northeast intersection of 2400 East and Wild Mare Way in Section 10, Township 4 South, Range 5 East in the Residential Agriculture 1-acre (RA-1) zone. -DEV-2619; Austin Corry 2. Paul Berg, on behalf of David Cummings, requests an amendment to Title 16 to create standards for Recreational Resort Parks, which include RVs, small cabins, and glamping when listed as permitted or conditional uses. -Austin Corry 3. Paul Berg, representing Ken Probst, requests a street vacate and plat amendment to vacate approximately 570 feet of Natures Hollow Road that was recorded as part of the Meadow Hill Subdivision, a 3 lot residential subdivision, and to combine all properties together, including the vacated road, into a one residential lot located at 193 East 850 South in Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 4 East in the Residential Agriculture 1-acre (RA-1) zone. -DEV-2803; Austin Corry 4. Paul Berg, representing Randall Probst, requests a street vacate and plat amendment to remove excess right-of-way of Stringtown Road that was recorded in the Kay Probst Subdivision Amended. The right-of-way to be vacated would be all areas that exceeded the typical 66 foot right-of-way in other areas of Stringtown Road and the acreage will be added to the existing Lot 2 at 1365 South Stringtown Road in Section 10, Township 4 South, Range 4 East in the Residential Agriculture 1-acre (RA-1) zone. -DEV-2802; Austin Corry 5. Nate Reeve, representative for Mackay Developments, is requesting a vacate of the plat entitled Talisman Major Roadways which consists of Talisman Parkway and Bear Track Loop, Bear Track Hill and Bear Track Road. The roads proposed to be vacated are platted but not fully constructed. The proposal is located on Highway 32 in Sections 34, 35, 2, 3, 10 and 11 of Township 2 and 3 South, Range 5 East in the JBOZ (Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone). -Doug Smith 6. Nate Reeve, representative for Mackay Developments, is requesting approval of a new road plat to replace the Talisman Major Roadways plat. The new road plat will dedicate what is referred to as Benloch Ranch Road and re-align a portion that connects to Highway 32. The plat dedicating the road is located on the south side of Highway 32 in Sections 2, 3, and 11 of Township 3 South, Range 5 East in the JBOZ (Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone). -Doug Smith January 17, 2020 Calvin L.
