PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the County Council of Wasatch County will hold a WORK session in the Council Chambers in the County Administration Building, 25 North Main, Heber City, Utah, commencing at 3:00 PM, 01/15/2020. WASATCH COUNTY COUNCIL DATE: 01/15/2020 Order of Agenda Items Subject to Change without Notice Prayer/Remarks Spencer Park Pledge of Allegiance Jeff Wade Call for Agenda Items Public Comment Council 1. Brett Walker requests an amendment to the Wasatch County Code Section 16.27, related to Farm Preservation Regulations that would eliminate the family ownership requirement and reduce infrastructure requirements in exchange for larger lot, deed restricted developments in the Residential Agriculture 1-acre (RA-1) and Residential Agriculture 5-acre (RA-5) zones. If approved, the proposal would be Ordinance 19-14. (Continued from Dec. 18, 2019 mtg.) -Austin Corry 2. Discussion of possibly using the Tourism & Development office to produce and distribute select public information- Mark Nelson 3.
