Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. 6.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Mike DeMarco for approval of the Riding Annexation, including Utah County Parcels 30:084:0113 and 30:084:0014 located at approximately 2000 South 650 West. The annexation consists 1.76 acres proposed to be incorporated into the Springside Meadows Subdivision.
6.2 PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Jeff Capozzoli for approval of an amendment to Ashlee Ridge Subdivision, Plat A and preliminary plan approval of Phase 2, known as Ashlee Ridge Subdivision, Plat D. The proposed subdivision is located at approximately 1400 East Salem Canal Road. The project consists of 13 lots in the R-1-9, Residential Zone.
6.3 PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Greg Moffat for approval of a zone change for property located on the southeast corner of the intersection of 1130 South 1700 West. The property is currently zoned A-5-H, Annexation Holding Zone and it is proposed the zone be changed to RMF-15, Multi-Family Residential.
6.4 PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Greg Moffat for preliminary approval of Payson Court Apartments proposed on the southeast corner of the intersection of 1130 South 1700 West. The development consists of 135 residential apartments and various project amenities.
