NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing on January 9, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider the following STREET VACATES; and that the Wasatch County Council will hold a Public Hearing on January 22, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers to hear the following items advanced to the County Council by the Planning Commission*:
1. Paul Berg, representing Ken Probst, requests a street vacate and plat amendment to vacate approximately 570 feet of Natures Hollow Road that was recorded as part of the Meadow Hill Subdivision, a 3 lot residential subdivision, and to combine all properties together, including the vacated road, into a one residential lot located at 193 East 850 South in Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 4 East in the Residential Agriculture 1-acre (RA-1) zone. *If forwarded, the recommendation by the Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Legislative Body, at a Public Hearing on January 22, 2020. 2. Paul Berg, representing Randall Probst, requests a street vacate and plat amendment to remove excess right-of-way of Stringtown Road that was recorded in the Kay Probst Subdivision Amended. The right-of-way to be vacated would be all areas that exceeded the typical 66 foot right-of-way in other areas of Stringtown Road and the acreage will be added to the existing Lot 2 at 1365 South Stringtown Road in Section 10, Township 4 South, Range 4 East in the Residential Agriculture 1-acre (RA-1) zone. *If forwarded, the recommendation by the Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Legislative Body, at a Public Hearing on January 22, 2020. 3. Nate Reeve, representative for Mackay Developments is requesting a vacate of the plat entitled 'Talisman Major Roadways' which consists of Talisman Parkway and Bear Track Loop, Bear Track Hill and Bear Track Road. The roads proposed to be vacated are platted but not fully constructed. The proposal is located on Highway 32 in Sections 34, 35, 2, 3, 10, and 11 of Township 2 and 3 South Range 5 East in the JBOZ (Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone). *If forwarded, the recommendation by the Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Legislative Body, at a Public Hearing on January 22, 2020.
