2. Vacation of the portion of the Hatch Right of Way, as recorded an April 25, 1910 in Wasatch County Book Nine of Deeds, page 130, running across the Baird Family Trust parcels # 00-0013-9332, 00-0013-5157, 00-0010-0045. This portion of the Hatch Right of Way has never been improved. -Jon Woodard

Tom Clark requests Subdivision Plat Amendment to the Jex Family Subdivision in order to subdivide the existing 6.83 acre lot #2 into three lots ranging from 1.08 acre to 4.47 acres in size located at 5835 East 1200 South in Section 1, Township 4 South, Range 5 East in the Residential Agriculture 1-acre (RA-1) zone. -Travis Hair
4. Brett Walker requests an amendment to the Wasatch County Code Section 16.27, related to Farm Preservation Regulations, that would eliminate the family ownership requirement and reduce infrastructure requirements in exchange for larger lot, deed restricted developments in the Residential Agriculture 1-acre (RA-1) and Residential Agriculture 5-acre (RA-5) zones. 5. Consideration and possible adoption of Ordinance 19-11 regarding a comprehensive update to Chapter 14.02, Engineering Department, primarily related to engineering road standards for developments and also minor amendments to Chapter 16.01, General Provisions, and Chapter 16.21, Supplementary Development Standards, of the Wasatch County Code in order to add references to engineering standards found in Title 14 of the Wasatch County Code. -Austin Corry
