PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD will hold a regular scheduled meeting at the Wasatch County Library, 465 East 1200 South, Heber City, Utah commencing at 12:00 PM, FRIDAY, December 13, 2019. WASATCH COUNTY LIBRARY 465 East 1200 South, Heber City, Utah Library Board Meeting Friday, December 13, 2019 Order of agenda items subject to change without notice 1. Call to Order & Welcome: Heather Epperson, Library Board Chairman 2. Approval of Minutes: October 25, 2019 (No meeting in November 2019) 3. Consent Agenda Items A. Library Director's Report B. Upcoming library activities & events 4. Business A. ACTION: Set date and time for the Library Trustee Orientation. B. DISCUSSION: Library budget for 2020. C. DISCUSSION: Status of the Friends of the Library group. D. DISCUSSION: Boycott of Macmillan Publishing ebooks. E. DISCUSSION: Library Board Self-Evaluation. F. DISCUSSION: Director's Evaluation. 5. Closed Meeting The Board will consider a motion to enter into a Closed Meeting.
