NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday December 3, 2019 7:30 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Lynn Payne 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Agenda 4. Approval of Minutes November 5, 2018 PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 7:35 p.m.- Public Hearing - Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Small Cities Program for Program Year 2020 First Public Hearing 1. Eagle Scout project, Update of town message board- Dane Wangsgard 2. 19-12-01- Rocky Mountain Power Franchise Ordinance 3. 19-12-02-Winter Parking Ordinance 4. Community Center Update 5. Impact fee discussion 6. Report from fire department- Chief Kingston 7. Parks & Cemetery update 8. Water update - Sparks redevelopment update 9. Roads update 10. Planning & Zoning update Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
