Description/Agenda: CITY OF MOAB PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2019-30 The City of Moab will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Moab City Offices at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input on Proposed Ordinance 2019-30 - An Ordinance Amending the City of Moab Municipal Code, Section 17.31 RC Resort Commercial Zone to Allow New Overnight Accommodations, Subject to Revised Development Standards.
