PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in Commission Chamber, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 3rd day of December, 2019. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Jenkins B. Invocation- Bill Ross C. Pledge of Allegiance- Brandon Roundy D. Thought of the Day- Commissioner Harvey E. Public Comments- (Please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of warrants. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders. 3. Request for approval to set the first public hearing date for December 10, 2019 to consider potential projects for which funding may be applied for under CDBG program for 2020. 4. Request for approval of a Quitclaim Deed transferring parcels 09-075-0176 and 09-075-0177 to Hooper City. G. Action Items- 1. Presentation and request for approval of Visit Ogden's 2020 Marketing Plan. Presenter: Sara Toliver 2. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing members to the Weber County Weed Control Board. Presenter: Stacy Skeen 3. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Ogden-Weber Chamber of Commerce to waive rental fees and provide meals at no cost for a recognition event with Leadership Northern Utah/Youth Futures Christmas Gathering. Presenter: Kassi Bybee 9. Request for approval of a Memorandum of Understanding by and between Weber County and the Utah Highway Patrol regarding law enforcement responsibilities in Weber County. Request for approval of a Cooperative Agreement by and between Weber County and the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest adding $48,000 of FY 2020 funding available for reimbursement to Weber County.
