Town of Rockville Public Hearing Notice The Rockville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 10 at 6:00 p.m. at the Rockville Community Center, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah for public input regarding a proposed amendment to Chapter 24A - Residential Short Term Rentals Overlay Zone (RSTROZ). The proposed amendment will add parcel R-1248-E (9.6 acres), located at 991 West 250 South (aka The Bridge or The Retreat), to the Residential Short Term Rental Overlay Zone in exchange for the removal of parcel R-1249-C (14.42 acres) from the Residential Short Term Rental Overlay Zone. This parcel is located between SR-9 and the Virgin River. Interested persons desiring input into this public hearing are invited to attend the meeting or present their views in writing. Verbal comments will be limited to two (2) minutes and written comments should be received no later than 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 10, 2019 addressed to: Town of Rockville, PO Box 630206, Rockville, Utah 84763.
