PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in Commission Chamber, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, commencing at 5:30 p.m. (PUBLIC HEARING AT 6:00 P.M.) on Tuesday, the 26th day of November, 2019. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Jenkins B. Invocation- Scott Parke C. Pledge of Allegiance- Holin Wilbanks D. Thought of the Day- Commissioner Jenkins E. Public Comments- (Please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Presentation Presentation on Northern Utah Economic Development Update. Presenter: Chris Roybal G. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of warrants. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $331,246.33. 3. Request for approval of the minutes for the meeting held on November 19, 2019. 4. Request for approval of a new business licenses. 5. Request for approval of a Retirement Agreement by and between Weber County and Kimberly Perry. 6. Request for approval to sell surplus real property, (Parcel #04-040-0062). 7. Request from Homeland Security for approval to surplus a Smith's Detectio APD 2000 Chemical Warfare Agent Detector. 8. Request from the Information Technology Department for approval to surplus computers and equipment. 9. Request from the Ogden Eccles Conference Center for approval to surplus nineteen office chairs. 10. Request for approval of Modification #2 to a TAP Funds Cooperative Agreement between Weber County and the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT). 11. Request from the Weber County Tax Review Committee to refund $364.48 to Keaton Southwick, Parcel #15-328-0001 for a discrepancy in acreage. 12. Request for approval of ratification of the following RAMP grants: WCCA/Peery's Egyptian Theater Excellence in the Community WCCA/Peery's Egyptian Theater Ogden Musical Theater Weber County Parks Indoor Archery Range Building H. Public Hearing (begins at 6:00 p.m.) 1. Request for a motion to adjourn public meeting and convene public hearing. 2. Public hearing to take input on the Weber County 2020 Tentative Budget. Presenter: Scott Parke 3. Public comments-(Please limit comments to 3 minutes). 4. Request for a motion to adjourn public hearing and reconvene public meeting. 5. Action on public hearing- a. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County adopting the Municipal Services Fund property tax increase for the calendar year 2020. b. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County adopting the Operating and Capital Budgets of Weber County for the 2020 Calendar Year. I. Commissioner Comments- J.
