NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing on December 18, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City to hear the following items: 1. Vacation of the portion of the Hatch Right of Way, as recorded an April 25, 1910 in Wasatch County Book Nine of Deeds, page 130, running across the Baird Family Trust parcels # 00-0013-9332, 00-0013-5157, 00-0010-0045. This portion of the Hatch Right of Way has never been improved. For additional information, contact the Wasatch County Attorney. Additional agenda items are anticipated to follow in subsequent public notices. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL COUNTY COUNCIL MEETINGS. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during the meeting should notify the Wasatch County Attorney prior to the meeting at 435-654-2909.
