Call to Order & Welcome: Heather Epperson, Library Board Chairman 2. Approval of Minutes: October 25, 2019 3. Consent Agenda Items A. Library Director's Report B. Upcoming library activities & events 4. Reports A. Friends of the Library Status 5. Business A. ACTION: Set date and time for the Library Trustee Orientation. B. ACTION: Set date and time for Library Board Holiday Dinner C. DISCUSSION: Library budget for CY2020. 6. Closed Meeting The Board will consider a motion to enter into a Closed Meeting.
