PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in Commission Chamber, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 5th day of November, 2019. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Jenkins B. Invocation- Commissioner Froerer C. Pledge of Allegiance- Kristy Bingham D. Thought of the Day- Commissioner Jenkins E. Public Comments- (Please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Presentations- 1. Presentation of checks from the Annual Commissioners' Fall Charity Golf Classic to- Bridging the Gap Cystic Fibrosis Presenters: Commissioners 2. Kick-off of Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive- Turkeys, Hams and all food items accepted in the Commission Office by November 21st @ 10 a.m. Presenter: Commissioners G. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of warrants #2144-2160 and #444552- 444721 in the amount of $668,011.99. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $28,953.49. 3. Request for approval of the minutes for the meeting held on October 29, 2019. 4. Request for approval of a RAMP Grant Contract by and between Weber County and South Ogden City. H. Action Items- 1. Request for approval to ratify the extension of a Lease Agreement by and among Weber County and Summers & Summers, LLC and Western Landscaping, Co. from November 1, 2018 to October 31, 2019 and Extend the Lease Term from November 1, 2019 to October 31, 2020. Presenter: Sean Wilkinson 2. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Liberty Broadband, LLC for a wireless communications tower lease. Presenter: Sean Wilkinson 3.
