- Welcome & Call to Order Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance (in suitable environment) Roll Call Public Comment Fifteen minutes have been set aside for any person to express ideas, concerns, comments, or issues that are not on the agenda: Please use the sign-in sheet as we use this to see if there are any comments Please state your name and city of residence into the microphone. Please state your relationship to the school is applicable. Please limit your comments to two minutes. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Closed Meeting: The Treeside Charter School Board will consider a motion to close the meeting for the purposes of holding a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and/or to discuss the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of real property, and/or the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual in conformance with § 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 et. seq., Utah Code. Action Agenda: Possible board action to be taken on Closed Session items. Adjourn
