- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARING Please notice that the Public Hearing has changed from November 26 to November 19. The North Ogden City Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider an application for Annexation located at 165 East Lomond View Drive in North Ogden, Utah and contains approximately 6.046 acres. The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 6pm or shortly after, in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North Street, North Ogden, Utah.
