- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD will hold a regular scheduled meeting at the Wasatch County Library, 465 East 1200 South, Heber City, Utah commencing at 12:00 PM, FRIDAY, October 25, 2019. Call to Order & Welcome: Heather Epperson, Library Board Chair. 2. Approval of Minutes: September 27, 2019 3. Consent Agenda Items A. Library Director's Report B. Upcoming library activities & events 4. Reports A. Friends of the Library 5. Business A. ACTION: Determine Library Board regular meetings schedule for November 2019 - June 2020 and the Library Trustee Orientation date and time. B. ACTION: Motion to allow Library Director to pursue joining the Basin Libraries Consortium with Duchesne and Uintah County libraries. C. ACTION: Motion to declare old piano in storage (2nd floor) as library surplus. D. ACTION: Motion to adopt the updated Collection Development Policy. E. ACTION: Motion to adopt the Borrower Policy. F. ACTION: Motion to adopt the updated Circulation Policy. G. DISCUSSION: Library budget for CY2020. 6. Closed Meeting The Board will consider a motion to enter into a Closed Meeting.
