Local consent for alcohol single event sales, Notre Dame Church Oktoberfest, September 23, 24, 2011. 8. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT. Consideration and possible approval of a professional services contract between Price City and Betty Kiser for DTA Holiday Spectacular 2010. 9. CARBON RODEO CLUB- Authorization to support the Carbon Rodeo Club with a $500 donation from Price City 10. BUSINESS LICENSES- Authorization to approve a business license for End of the Trail, LLC. at 57 N. Carbon Ave., Jay's 24 Hour Locksmith at 375 S. Carbon Ave. (BTAC), Gravetti Inc. at 53 S. 700 E., Flawless Finish Auto Detailing at 780 W. Price River Drive and Tucker's Cleaning 645 N. 100 E. (HOB) 11. UTILITY DEPARTMENT- Authorization to recycle the old electric meters to Rapid Refund Recycling Inc. 12. RESOLUTION 2011-03 Consideration and possible approval of a resolution relating to SR-10 access management south of Price City municipal boundaries. 13. 2011 APPOINTMENTS-Authorization to approve the new appointments for 2011 for the City Council and staff members. 14. AUDITORIUM STAGE EXTENSION - Permission to accept the construction bid from CAS Inc. and grant funding form the Carbon County Tax Advisory Board and begin work on the auditorium project. 15. TREES WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAYS. Ordinance No.2011-002, repealing prior ordinances and Resolution No. 2011-04, repealing prior ordinances and approving a new resolution to establishing a policy for a forestry program concerning the planting, removal and replacement of trees within the public rights of way of Price City, see attachment. 16. PRICE RIVER TRAIL Phase I (F-LC07(10), Cooperative Agreement with the Utah Department of Transportation. Price City proposes to encroach into Highway 6 right of way with the design, construction and operation of the Price River Trail; see attachment Exhibit ?A?. 17. WASHINGTON PARK IMPROVEMENT REQUEST-Request council approval to form a committee to review the bids that were received for the Washington Park Improvement Project. The proposed committee would consist of Kathy Hanna-Smith, Rick Davis, Tamara Gray, Bret Cammans, Pat Larsen/Lisa Richens, Russell Seeley, Frank Ori and Amy Jesperson. The recommendation from the committee will be presented at the next council meeting for approval. 18. FINANCE DEPARTMENT- Authorization to approve mid-year budgeted fund transfers. 19. UTILITIES-Authorization to approve changing utility billing services to Freedom Mailing from Reflections Press (Peczuh Printing). 20. TRAVEL REQUEST- Tamara Gray- Utah Recreation and Parks Conference-March 1-4, 2011, Heber City, Ut. Bob Bennett- ICC Building and Fire Code Conference & Training, Feb 21-24, St. George, Utah. Est. cost: $849.00. Ratify. Scott Olsen, Josh Swank, Jake Johnson-Street Department, OSHA Training, Feb 16-17, Salt Lake; Purpose: Education & Training, Estimated expense: $401.00. 21. COMMITEES a.
