NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD DURING THE REGULAR PLANNNING COMMISSION
MEETING OCTOBER 16, 2019, CONVENING AT 7:00 P.M.:
1. Public input is sought on final plat application submitted by Wall Family Rentals LLC for 12 residential lots located at Center Street and Parkside Drive. Tax ID #s T-91-A-1-A-1 and T-91-A-1-A-2. Properties are zoned R-1-20.
Copies of the proposed development are available for review at the Toquerville City Office (212 North Toquerville Boulevard).
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Dana McKim at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance.
