- TOQUERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION October 16, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. Held at 212 N. Toquerville Blvd. Toquerville, Utah 84774 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD DURING THE REGULAR PLANNNING COMMISSION MEETING OCTOBER 16, 2019, CONVENING AT 7:00 P.M.: 1. Public input is sought on final plat application submitted by Wall Family Rentals LLC for 12 residential lots located at Center Street and Parkside Drive. Tax ID #s T-91-A-1-A-1 and T-91-A-1-A-2. Properties are zoned R-1-20. Copies of the proposed development are available for review at the Toquerville City Office (212 North Toquerville Boulevard). In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Dana McKim at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in five places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.) City Office Board: (2.) Toquerville Post Office Kiosk; (3.) Cholla Park Kiosk; (4.) Westfield Road Kiosk. Posted this 4th day of October 2019, by Toquerville City Recorder, Dana M. McKim.
