NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers (1st floor of the Weber Center located at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah) to consider comments related to: 1) Declaring certain county owned property as surplus; and 2) Taking action on an offer to purchase that certain property. The subject property is part of Lot 2 (Parcel #19-228-0003) in the Weber Industrial Park Plat 'A' Lot 8 Amended Subdivision; which is located at approximately 2446 North, Rulon White Boulevard. The area being considered contains 2.013 acres. Copies of the proposal and the legal description may be reviewed prior to the hearing in the Weber County Commission Office, Suite #360, in the Weber Center.
