David Cummings requests Preliminary Subdivision approval for Berg Ridge, a proposed large scale development consisting of 182 ERUs on 180.81 acres located east of Tuhaye and north of the Jordanelle reservoir in Section 26, Township 2 South, Range 5 East in the Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone (JBOZ).
