PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 24th day of September, 2019. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Jenkins B. Invocation- Courtlan Erickson C. Pledge of Allegiance- Gary Myers D. Thought of the Day- Commissioner Froerer E. Public Comments- (Please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of warrants. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $278,969.30. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on September 17, 2019. 4. Request for approval to sell surplus real property at approximately 954 West & 4375 South. 5. Request for approval of a Facility Rental Agreement by and between Weber County and the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources. 6. Request from the Weber County Tax Review Committee for approval of refund recommendations for the following: Parcel 15-496-0002- discrepancy in square footage, basement, basement finish. Parcel 17-299-0032- discrepancy in square footage, basement, basement finish. Parcel 21-022-0017- discrepancy in basement square footage. Parcel 21-010-0001- discrepancy in acreage. G. Action Items- 1. Request for approval of the first reading of an ordinance of the county commissioners of Weber County setting a four-year limit for property tax refunds. Request for approval of the first reading of an ordinance of the county commissioners of Weber County governing the preparation, review, enactment and publication of ordinances. Presenter: Courtlan Erickson 3. Request for approval of the first reading of an ordinance of the county commissioners of Weber County governing GRAMA appeals. Presenter: Courtlan Erickson 4. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Skillsoft Corporation to provide compliance/safety/effectiveness web based training for all Weber County Employees. Presenter: Cari Southwick 5. Request for approval of a $70,000 donation of impact fees to Weber Pathways for the Pineview Loop Pathway. (Winters Grove to Old Snowbasin Road). Presenter: Sean Wilkinson 6. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and BH Inc. for the 12th Street Corridor, Segment 3, Change Order #5, to cover gravel overage and landscaping. Presenter: Gary Myers 7. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and SMGH Phase II Investor, LLC for to ensure the developer constructs and installs monuments required by the county surveyor in the Overlook Subdivisions Phase 1 and 2.
