PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 17th day of September, 2019. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Jenkins B. Invocation- Caleb Rivera C. Pledge of Allegiance- Shelly Halacy D. Thought of the Day- Commissioner Jenkins E. Public Comments- (Please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of warrants #2012-2035 and #442853-442993 in the amount of $1,011,140.13. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $40,207.79. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on September 10, 2019. 4. Request for approval of new business licenses. 5. Request from the Weber County Fleet Department for approval to surplus four vehicles. 6. Request for approval of a Severance Agreement by and between Weber County and Zackary Myers. G. Action Items- 1. Request for approval of final reading of an ordinance amending the Weber County Fee Ordinance as it relates to record request fees for the County Attorney's Office and user fees for the Weber County Sports Shooting Complex. Presenter: Chris Crockett 2. Request for approval of a resolution of the county commissioners of Weber County authorizing the filing of cross-appeals for 2019 centrally assessed properties. Presenter: Courtlan Erickson 3. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County making appointments to the RAMP Tax Advisory Board, the Arts and Museums Committee and the Recreation and Parks Committee. Presenter: Shelly Halacy 4 Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing members to the Weber Housing Authority. Presenter: Andi Beadles 5. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County the State of Utah - Division of Arts and Museums for a general operations funding grant from Utah Division of Arts and Museums for WCCA, $2,000 grant award. Presenter: Jennifer Graham 6. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Hooper City to establish terms related to the Hooper City 5500 South project amendment request.
