Council Attorney Comments ACTION ITEMS UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1. A recommendation to the South Salt Lake City Council to update Alex White the South Salt Lake City Zoning Map, to amend Chapter 3.11 and 9.24, and to repeal and replace Titles 5, 15, and 17 of the City Code as part of a comprehensive effort to remove errant and conflicting provisions, reorganize regulations, codify engineering standards, codify standard road profiles, coordinate local land use regulation with recent amendments to the state alcohol laws, consolidate the land use matrices, Codify plain language and conform with recent mandates in State law. An Ordinance of the City of South Salt Lake City Council Enacting Mark Kindred Chapter 15.10 of the South Salt Lake City Code, Entitled 'Apprenticeship Utilization', requiring that Apprentices Perform a portion of work on Qualified Public Construction Projects NEW BUSINESS 1. Community Garden Proposal Sharen Hauri Public Hearing - 7:30 (Or As Soon Thereafter As Possible) To receive public input to the issuance of Sewer Revenue Bonds for the purpose of paying a portion of the construction by Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility 1. Kyle Kershaw, for the City to present information and answer questions 2. Open Public Hearing 3. Receive Public Input 4. Close Public Hearing 5. Discussion by the City Council a. To move action until a future specified meeting date; b. To take it to a work meeting for further discussion; or c.
