Motion to CLOSE the Public Meeting and OPEN the Public Hearing OPEN PUBLIC HEARING to allow public input on the following items: a. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 COMMERCIAL ZONE OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU') TO CORRECT AND CLARIFY SECTION 20.7.1.a. b. AN ORDINANCE RESTATING CHAPTER ONE GENERAL PROVISIONS & INTRODUCTION TO DEFINITIONS ZONE OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU') SECTION 1.6 DEFINITIONS. c. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TITLE OF CHAPTER FOUR OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). d. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, RESTATING AND RENUMBERING CHAPTER FIVE AND THE VARIOUS SECTIONS FOUND WITHIN OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). e. AN ORDINANCE RESTATING CHAPTER EIGHT TOWN STANDARDS, CONDITIONS, AND CONDITIONAL USES. ZONE OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU') SECTIONS 8.12.4 EQUINE ACTIVITIES. f. AN ORDINANCE RESTATING CHAPTER EIGHT TOWN STANDARDS, CONDITIONS, AND CONDITIONAL USES. ZONE OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU') SECTIONS 8.10 CONDITIONAL USES. g. AN ORDINANCE CREATING CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). 5. Motion to CLOSE the Public Hearing and OPEN the Public Meeting Open Forum: Limit 2 minutes per speaker: D. PUBLIC MEETING 6. Discussion and possible recommendation of approval or denial to the Virgin Town Council of an ordinance #2019-24 amending Chapter 20 Commercial Zone of The Virgin Uniform Land Use Ordinances ('VULU') to correct and clarify section 20.7.1.A. 7. Discussion and possible recommendation of approval or denial to the Virgin Town Council of an ordinance #2019-25 restating Chapter One General Provisions & Introduction to Definitions Zone of The Virgin Uniform Land Use Ordinances ('VULU') section 1.6 Definitions. 8. Discussion and possible recommendation of approval or denial to the Virgin Town Council of an ordinance #2019-26 restating and renumbering Chapter Five and the various sections found within of The Virgin Uniform Land Use Ordinances ('VULU'). 9. Discussion and possible recommendation of approval or denial to the Virgin Town Council of an ordinance #2019-27 amending the title of Chapter Five of The Virgin Uniform Land Use Ordinances ('VULU'). 10. Discussion and possible recommendation of approval or denial to the Virgin Town Council of an ordinance #2019- 29 restating Chapter Eight Town Standards, Conditions, and Conditional Uses.
