PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 10th day of September, 2019. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Jenkins B. Invocation- Sean Wilkinson C. Pledge of Allegiance- Jason Horne D. Thought of the Day- Commissioner Harvey E. Public Comments- (Please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Presentation- Update on Hunter and Company Contract. Presenter: Steve Hunter F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of warrants #1999-2011 and #442686-442852 in the amount of $1,556,793.26. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $73,507.89. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on September 3, 2019. 4. Request for approval of a Retirement Agreement by and between Weber County and Kellie Cragun. 5. Request for approval of RAMP contracts by and between Weber County and the following: NEXT Ensemble- Community Outreach Concerts NEXT Ensemble- Amahl and the Night Visitors Ogden City- Inner City Playground Enhancements Ogden City- City Restrooms and Pavilion Enhancements G. Action Items- 1. Request for approval of the final reading of an Ordinance establishing a County Weed Control Board (Title46 - Noxious Weed Control). Presenter: Sean Wilkinson 2. Request for approval of a contract by and among Weber County and Matthew Goff, Melisa Harrison, Dale Satterthwaite, and Kerry Wahlen to assist in paving 7900 East, (Burly Lane). Presenter: Sean Wilkinson 3. Request for approval of a final reading of an Ordinance relating to Indigent Dead. Presenter: Jason Horne 4. Request for approval of a contact by and between Weber County and the State of Utah Motor Vehicle Division allowing Weber County Access to the State vehicle registration system. Presenter: Kyle Nyland 5. Request for approval to ratify a contract by and between Weber County and Brady Christensen for announcing the Horse Pulls during the 2019 Weber County Fair. Presenter: Ashton Wilson 6. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Edge Products for the Weekend on the Edge Event to be held at the Golden Spike Event Center. Presenter: Ashton Wilson H. Commissioner Comments- I. Closed Meeting Request for a motion for a closed meeting relating to pending or reasonably imminent litigation. J.
