PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 3rd day of September, 2019. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Jenkins B. Invocation- C. Pledge of Allegiance- Iris Hennon D. Thought of the Day- Commissioner Jenkins E. Public Comments- (Please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of warrants #1981-1998 and #442504-442685 in the amount of $707,436.90. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $93,969.46. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on August 27, 2019. 4. Request for approval of new business licenses. 5. Request for approval to declare parcel number 06-008-009 as surplus property. 6. Request from the Weber County Sheriff's Office for approval to surplus office, audio and video equipment. 7. Request for approval of a Severance Agreement by and between Weber County and Jared Andersen. G. Action Items- 1. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Stanley Consultants for construction management for the 12th Street reconstruction. Presenter: Gary Myers 2. Request for approval of an Inter-local Agreement by and between Weber County and Huntsville Town for the lease of Sheriff's Office vehicle to help facilitate the Volunteers In Police Service Program.
