PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 27th day of August, 2019. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Jenkins B. Invocation- Matt Wilson C. Pledge of Allegiance- Bryce Taylor D. Thought of the Day- Commissioner Froerer E. Public Comments- (Please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of warrants #1961-1980 and #442155-442503 in the amount of $2,359,649.02. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $7,440,078.93. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on August 20, 2019. 4. Request from the Weber-Morgan Health Department for approval to surplus baby scales and a tablet. 5. Request from the Weber-Morgan Health Department for approval to surplus a 2003 White Ford Explorer. G. Action Items- 1. Request for consideration and action on a request to amend the conditional use permit for the Terakee Village PRUD. Presenter: Steve Burton 2. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County to support the initiation of pending legislation related to outdoor storage and storage units in unincorporated areas of Weber County. Presenter: Charlie Ewert 3. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County confirming the appointment of Clint Thurgood to the Board of Directors of Weber Human Services. Presenter: Matt Wilson/Kevin Eastman 4. Request for approval of a first reading of an ordinance amending the Weber County Fee Ordinance as it relates to record request fees for the County Attorney's Office and user fees for the Weber County Sports Shooting Complex. Presenter: Chris Crockett 5. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Post Bros. LLC for lease of a commercial building for Property Management to use for storing equipment. Presenter: Bryce Taylor 6. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Horrocks Engineers to evaluate the Wildwood Bridge in its current condition and provide recommendations for improvements. Presenter: Braden Felix 7. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Staker Parsons for reconstruction of 12th Street from the Weber River Bridge to approximately 7140 West. Presenter: Gary Myers 8. Request for approval of a Memorandum of Understanding by and between Weber County and Ogden City for determination and distribution for anticipated grant funds. Presenter: Brandon Roundy 9. Request for consideration and action on the application for final approval of Shepherd Estates Subdivision, consisting of four lots. Presenter: Steve Burton 10. Request for consideration an action on a request for approval of a Subdivision Improvement Agreement for the Overlook Subdivision Phases 1 and 2. Presenter: Steve Burton H. Commissioner Comments- I.
