CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from July 11, 2019 2. Review and possible approval of City Expenditures from July 2019 C. PRESENTATION: 1. Hydro Specialties ~ David W. Welch - Presentation on Culinary Meter Reading Systems D. CITY DEPARTMENT REPORTS: 1. Zoning Administrator, Mike Vercimak 2. Planning Commission Chair, Manning Butterworth 3. Ash Creek Special Service District Representative 4. Hurricane Valley Fire Department Representative, Merlin Spendlove 5. Public Works Director, Lance Gubler 6. City Attorney, Heath Snow E. PUBLIC FORUM: Limit three (3) minutes per person; please address the microphone and state full name and address. F. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion and possible action of appointing an individual for the open alternate planning commissioner seat 2. Discussion and possible action on a Nightly Rental Application submitted by Tami Young at 131 North Toquerville Boulevard, Tax ID T-57-B. Property zoned R-1-12. (PC recommended approval 5-0) 3. Discussion on a Conditional Use Application submitted by Edgar Chavez at 1736 South Rim View Drive for a cabinetry business 4. Discussion and possible action of parking options on Westfield Road near the intersect of SR-17 5. Discussion and possible action on the 2019 Water Conservation Plan 6. Discussion and possible action on an updated MOU for the Toquerville Reservoir 7. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2019.XX ~ Noise Nuisance Modification for Construction Hours of Operation 8. Discussion and possible action on the Toquerville Cemetery land acquisition 9. Discussion and possible action on a water agreement with Prometheus St. George Property Holdings LLC 10. Discussion on a Master Plan (MPDO) Concept Submission.
