PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 13th day of August, 2019. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Jenkins B. Invocation- Sean Wilkinson C. Pledge of Allegiance- Devron Andersen D. Thought of the Day- Commissioner Jenkins E. Public Comments- (Please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of warrants #1929-1941 and #441799-442004 in the amount of $1,162,863.95. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $28,042.70. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on July 30, 2019. 4. Request for approval of ACH Payments to US Bank in the amount of $212,138.03. 5. Request for approval of a Retirement Agreement by and between Weber County and Michael McDonald. 6. Request for approval to sell the following Surplus Real Properties- Parcel Number 02-013-0042 Parcel Number 02-013-0059 G. Action Items- 1. Request for approval to ratify a contract by and between Weber County and the Weber County Sheriff's Mounted Posse. Presenter: Ashton Wilson 2. Request for approval of a Memorandum of Understanding by and between Weber County and Utah Recreation Company for the collection of various fees at Pineview Reservoir. Presenter: Brandon Roundy 3. Request for approval of a first reading of an ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County amending the Weber County Fee Ordinance, Title 16, Chapter 2, Section 12, and Surveyor's Fees. Presenter: Devron Andersen 4. Request for approval of a first reading of an ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County amending the Surveying and Survey Monuments Ordinance, Title 45. Presenter: Devron Andersen 5. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Centerline Development, LLC to build Various survey monuments as located and directed by the County Surveyor's Office throughout Weber County. Presenter: Devron Andersen 6. Request for approval to ratify a contract by and between Weber County and the Town of Huntsville for collection and reimbursement of funds collected by Basecamp. Presenter: Holin Wilbanks 7. Request for approval of a Tower Lease Agreement with Verizon Wireless. Presenter: Sean Wilkinson 8. Request for consideration and/or action on a request to dedicate to Weber County area fronting Taylor Anderson Subdivision. Presenter: Felix Lleverino H.
