- Due to a conflict, the governing body of the Five County Association of Governments, the Steering Committee, will not meet on the originally scheduled date of August 14th. Instead, the Steering Committee will meet at 1:30 p.m. MDT on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at the Garfield County Courthouse, in the upstairs conference room. The address of the rescheduled meeting is 55 South Main Street, Panguitch, Utah. The Meeting Notice itself, will be posted online, here on the UPMN website, or about August 15th Questions or concerns can be directed to Mr. Bryan Thiriot, Executive Director, at 435-673-3548 extension 121, or via e-mail to bthiriot@fivecounty.utah.gov
