PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 25th day of June, 2019. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Jenkins B. Invocation- Rick Grover C. Pledge of Allegiance- Steve Burton D. Thought of the Day- Commissioner Froerer E. Public Comments- (Please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of warrants #1849-1850 and #440326-440589 in the amount of $2,258,884.80. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $181,197.39. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on June 18, 2019. 4. Request for approval of new beer licenses. 5. Request for approval of new business licenses. G. Action Items- 1. Request for approval of an Inter-local Agreement by and between Weber-Morgan Health Department and Weber Human Services for the Prosperity Center of Excellence. Presenter: Christopher Crockett 2. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County providing notice of its intent to appoint a member to the Weber Human Services Governing Board. Presenter: Matt Wilson 3. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing a new member to the Weber County Board of Adjustment. Presenter: Rick Grover 3. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing two members to the Ogden Valley Planning Commission. Presenter: Rick Grover 4. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing two members to the Wester Weber Planning Commission. Presenter: Rick Grover 6. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Levi Hopkins to secure services as an Assistant Director for the 2019 Kids Act Up production of Peter Pan Jr. Presenter: Kassi Bybee 7.
