Motion to CLOSE the Public Meeting and OPEN the Public Hearing OPEN PUBLIC HEARING to allow public input on the following items: a. Division of Land Waiver Application for Diana Hall V-91-A-3-A-1. 4. Motion to CLOSE the Public Hearing and OPEN the Public Meeting Open Forum: Limit 2 minutes per speaker: ***This time will be restricted to a Public Comment Period on items 5 and 6*** 5. Public Comment: AMENDING Chapter 20 of VULU (Commercial). 6. Public Comment: Ordinance number 2019-12 expressly defining and moderating camping in any zone within the municipal boundaries of the Town except in approved and legal non-conforming campgrounds. D. Discussion and review of Ordinance number 2019-10 AMENDING Chapter 20 of VULU (Commercial). 11. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed Ordinance number 2019-12 expressly defining and moderating camping in any zone within the municipal boundaries of the Town except in approved and legal non-conforming campgrounds. 12.
