Rockville Planning Commission Public Hearing and Regular Meeting Rockville Community Center, Town Hall June 11, 2019 - 6:00 pm The Rockville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing as part of their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 11th day of June 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. Jane Brennan may attend via telephone. If you are recognized by the Chairperson to be heard during any Town of Rockville public meeting, we ask that you come to the podium to speak to enable an accurate recording of your remarks. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to order - roll call. 2. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item. 3. Public Comment If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. 4. Consideration and possible approval of an application for a Home Occupation Permit from Jessika Jacobs for Jessika Jacob Art at 140 East 250 South, Rockville - Jessika Jacobs 5. Open Public Hearing for public comment on an Application for a Subdivision - Preliminary Plat submitted by Tydon Oler and Jacob Andersen for a major subdivision of approximately 11.44 acres at 490 East Main Street (SR-9) into four (4) parcels. 6. Adjourn Public Hearing 7. In the process of considering a Simple Building Permit for Greer Chesher d. Approval of a Temporary Event Permit - Vicki Bell e. Update on Jacob Andersen located at 378 and 398 E.
