- STATE RECORDS COMMITTEE MEETING Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Utah State Archives Building 346 S. Rio Grande St. Salt Lake City, UT 84101 NOTE: The Chair may recess at 12:00 p.m. and may reconvene at 12:30 p.m. for lunch when there are three or more hearings scheduled. AGENDA HEARINGS: Bill Keshlear v. San Juan County: Requesting access to emails, phone records, postal letters, drafts, and other material relating to authorship and payment for services in connection with production of resolutions introduce by Kenneth Maryboy at San Juan County Commission meeting on Feb. 5, 2019. Eric Peterson v. Attorney General's Office: requesting access to emails to and from former AG Mark Shurtleff during 2012. Judith Zimmerman v. Attorney General's Office: Requesting access to probationary employment records related to Ms. Donosso. Joshua Althoff v. Moab City: Requesting access to audio recording of polygraph done during the IA in 2016. WITHDRAWN/POSTPONED/DENIED/ HEARINGS: Salt Lake Tribune v. University of Utah: Requesting access to disciplinary records of any employee related to the handling of investigation into Lauren McCluskey's murder. Withdrawn. Salt Lake Tribune v. University of Utah: Requesting access to disciplinary, complaints, internal investigations, and resignation or termination records related to Kayla (Brown) Dallof and Miguel Deras. Withdrawn. Yvonne Johnson v. Santaquin Police Department: Requesting access to denied medical records of her brother (deceased). Withdrawn. Greg Graves v. Board of Utah County Commissioners: Requesting access to complaints, investigative reports and all disciplinary actions taken against Richard Nance for 12/31/2017 to present time. Withdrawn. Patrick Sullivan v. Utah Dept. of Corrections: Requesting access to video and audio recordings, photos and records related to two incident cases #341327 and #342339. Withdrawn. Patrick Sullivan v. Sanpete County Requesting: access to Incident Report #18071066, Search Warrant, Affidavit & Return for search warrant or subpoena, emails sent from Sanpete County Sheriff's Office from 4/1/2018-present with search terms, 'Sullivan', 'dump', 'landfill' and any attachments. Withdrawn. BUSINESS: Approval of May 9, 2019, SRC Minutes, action item SRC appeals received, report Cases in District Court, report Other Business Review of FY 2018 Annual Report. Next meeting scheduled for July 11, 2019, @ 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Committee members' attendance polled for next meeting, quorum verification.
