I. Reports A. Friends of the Library 1. Update on Friends' meeting and activities B. Stefenee Cook, Library Staff (Book Clubs & Cataloger) 1. Personal introduction and brief report about attending a Library Administration workshop as part of the requirements to receive the certification from the State Library's Utah Public Library Institute for Training (UPLIFT). C. Juan Lee, Library Director & Trustees 1. Library expenditures update 2. Library Director activities: April - May 2019 3. Upcoming library activities & events II. Business A. ACTION ITEM: Triennial review and approval of Internet and Online Access Policy, according to Utah Administrative Code Rule R458-2 and in compliance with Sections 9-7-215 and 9-7-216, UCA. B. ACTION ITEM: Building Inspection by Library Director and Chair of the Library Board or designee for the purposes of applying for re-certification by the State of Utah. C. DISCUSSION: Updating the Circulation Policy. D. DISCUSSION: Updating the Cash Handling Policy. III. Executive Session A.
