Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider public input regarding the adoption of the Public Safety Impact Fee Analysis prepared and certified by Zions Public Finance, Inc. The hearing will be held on Wednesday June 5, 2019 during the regular city council meeting. The meeting begins at 6:00 pm and will be conducted in the city council chambers located at 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. Following the public hearing, the city council will vote on whether to approve the analysis.
The impact fee analysis, an executive summary, and a draft of the proposed enactment/ordinance are available at the Payson City offices located at 439 West Utah Avenue, the Payson City public library located at 66 South Main Street, the Payson City website at www.paysonutah.org, and upon request. This notice is being given in satisfaction of requirements of Utah Code §§ 11-36a-504 and 10-9a-205.
