- The Utah BOARD OF WATER RESOURCES will hold its regular meeting electronically on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Those of the public who would like to participate may attend at the Department of Natural Resources auditorium, 1594 W. North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah. Chair Norm Johnson and members Randy Crozier and Wayne Andersen will attend in person. Kyle Stephens is excused. All other board members will connect by telephone.
