Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold their regularly scheduled City Council Meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. Request to extend the municipal boundaries to encompass the parcels included in the proposed Payson Heights Annexation. The annexation consists of eight parcels and portions of the High Line Canal corridor totaling 216.57 acres located east of the High Line Canal, west of Nebo Loop Road, and south of the Payson View Estates development (1600 South). 2. Public Hearing/Resolution - Review and Adoption of the Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 3. Public Hearing/Resolution - Amendments to the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget 4. Resolution - Change compensation to employees who opt out of medical insurance coverage 5. Resolution - Change compensation to mayor/city council insurance benefits 6.
