- CORRECTION NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL OFFICES to be voted on in the Payson City Municipal General Election on November 5, 2019 Three (3) City Council Member Positions - Four (4) year term each The candidate filing period begins Tuesday, August 13, 2019 and ends Tuesday, August 20, 2019. A Declaration of Candidacy Form or Nomination Petition must be filed in person, or by a designated agent if the candidate is out of the state during the entire filing period, with the Payson City Recorder, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. There is a $50 candidate filing fee. (UCA 10-3-301, 20A-9-203, 20A-9-404(H.B.277)) Posted this 28th day of May, 2019 in the Payson City Offices and on the Utah Public Notice Website http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html.
