- Notice of Request for Proposals The Twin Creeks Special Service District ('TCSSD') is issuing a Request for Proposals ('RFP') from firms interested in furnishing, installing, and commissioning an ozone pretreatment system at the TCSSD water treatment plant. To obtain a copy of the RFP, contact the Contract Administrator for this project, Wade Webster, at wade@jssd.us. A copy of the RFP will also be available at TCSSD offices at 5780 N. Old Hwy 40, Heber City, UT, 84032. The RFP will be available on April 18, 2019. Proposals will be due May 9, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. This is a federally funded project. All bidders are required to make the six good faith efforts to assure compliance with the State's 'fair share goals' and are required to comply with EEO regulations. (See Parts E and F of the RFP for more information).
