AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING CHAPTER 2 OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCE ('VULU') REGULATING THE VIRGIN TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND FORMALLY CREATING THE OFFICIAL POSITION OF ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND DESIGNATING SAID OFFICIAL'S PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DUTIES. 4.
