Board of Trustees Meeting starting at 6:30 PM
Meeting to be held in Open Public and Closed Sessions
The Board may choose to go into a Closed Session at any time by making a motion and
public announcement, and then achieving a 2/3 vote approval with recordation of votes.

F.	Next Board Meeting is scheduled for May 1, 2019 at 6:30 PM.
G.	Public Comment Period

1)	Request For Proposals (RFP) 
a.	The replies from the RFP have been received. 
b.	The Board should select a committee of at least three Trustees to review the proposals, engineering firms and facility design options.  
c.	The committee should meet by the third week of April to consolidate the results and provide a summary report to the Board at the May meeting.
2)	Sewer Survey 
a.	Responses from the Sewer Survey regarding ground water management have been received from several Sewer Districts.  They will be provided to Bob Woodcock for review.

3)	Three fold Informational mailing program for residents 
a.	A professionally designed proof of the informational mailer has been produced and is here for Board Review.  Once approved, we can start the mailing program that was approved in March. 

4)	Cottonwoods Phase V / Meadow Park West 
a.	The Preliminary Plat for this development was provided to us by Morgan County Planning on March 19, 2019, and they will be presenting their findings to the Planning Commission on April 11, 2019.
b.	Does the Board want to request and changes or post any comments for the planning department and/or the developer.
c.	MGSID issued Will Serve for 68 lots in this development in September 2018. 

5)	Wasatch Peaks Ranch Development 
a.	On March 22, 2019 we a 343 page Transmittal Memo detailing the Wasatch Peaks Ranch Development.  This was distributed to the Board for review as there is a 30 day window for comments.
b.	Does the Board want to post any comments for the planning department and/or the developer regarding this development?
